It's an act of self-discipline, a way of regaining control over your energy, mood and attention. You lay the foundations for your day. Personally, I prefer to be gentle with my body when I wake up. My advice is to test, observe and adjust. Your routine doesn't have to be perfect, just aligned with your current needs.<\/p>\n<p>By implementing even just one of these rituals, you could see a real change.
